Mr. Ratan Lal Kediais the Chairman of Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Limited. He also serves as Chairman of Mahabir Group, Sushil Vanaspati Pvt. Ltd., Mahabir Agro Product Pvt. Ltd., Mahabir Holdings Pvt. Ltd., Mahabir Overseas Pvt. Ltd., Mahabir International Suppliers Pvt. Ltd., & Leverage Holdings Pvt. Ltd.

Previously he has served as Chairman of Siddhartha Insurance Limited. Mr. Kedia has completed his Bachelors Degree in Commerce. Mr. Kedia is Vice President of Nepal Vegetable Ghee Oil Manufactures Association, Nepal Myanmar Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and 2nd Vice President of Nepal Foreign Trade Association.

He is Executive Member of Nepal Australia Chamber of Commerce & Industries and Nepal UAE Chamber of Commerce & Industry. He is also associated with Nepal Flour Mills Association, Nepal India Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Nepal Brazil Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Nepal Egypt Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Ramkumar Mahabir Prasad Kedia Eye Hospital. Mr. Pandey has taken the charge as Chief Executive Officer of Sanima Reliance Life Insurance  Limited from March 23, 2023.

He has rich experience in banking sector of Nepal as he has worked in different major areas of Nepal Rastra Bank for more than 30 years and played  instrumental role in overall policy making and supervision of financial institutions. Eventually he retired from the position of Executive Director of Nepal Rastra Bank.  He was also appointed by Nepal Rastra Bank as member and Co-ordinator of Management Committee of Lumbini Bank and NCC Bank, when the management of banks were taken over by Nepal Rastra Bank. He was also appointed as Tax expert for Inland Revenue Department of Nepal . He has also worked for privatization cell of Ministry of Finance and has been involved in entire process and settlement of all issues regarding privatization.

He has also served as Chief Executive Officer of Surya Life Insurance Limited for about 4 years.

He has completed his Chartered Accountancy from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India(ICAI) and later he became FCA member of ICAI.

Mr. Pandey is a life member of the Association of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ACAN) and the Founder Chairman of the Life Insurance Association of Nepal.
